Khalid Al Ameri’s piece in The National does a good job of describing the adoption of social media as a mainstream communications tool by government representatives and entities. It’s a shift we’re seeing more of; clients ‘taking the plunge’ into social media and subsequently discovering the multitude of ways in which direct communications are opened up to their key stakeholders.
